      I was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, where I spent the first few years of my life and moved to the U.S. at a young age.  I attended school where I developed a keen interest in numbers and finance. This interest led me to pursue a B.A. in Accountancy and Taxation at University of Houston. My education laid a strong foundation for my future career, since high school, I have been exposed to the real estate industry and investments which was instrumental in shaping my career. Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in real estate investments. My expertise in accountancy and taxation has been invaluable in managing the financial aspects of real estate transactions. I am currently located in Austin, Texas where I work hand in hand with a new construction builder.
